Sideboard Planeshift Preview Begins

PlaneshiftOver the next two weeks, Sideboard is proud to offer you an exclusive preview of Planeshift, the first expansion for Invasion. We'll be bringing you previews of ten of the coolest Planeshift cards, with commentary by some of our best writers, starting today with Terminate. Just as Invasion broke the rules, bringing back multicolor cards, dual lands, Dragon Legends and a bunch of other cool stuff, Planeshift will do the same thing, offering up some amazing new stuff, as well as putting new spins on some old favorites. Look for new kickers, new domain cards, gating and a several interesting cycles.

For Invasion, I discussed Disrupt in my Preview announcement. This time, I'd like to offer you a few teasers about some of my favorite cards. Each of these cards could make it into the right Constructed deck:

    A land that can pay the upkeep on Stasis forever
    TWO cards that blue mages will fear (one of them will be in blue sideboards!)
    A cantrip Stone Rain
    Worldly Tutor, only better
    Crusade for Goblins, with a mean twist
    A badder Zombie Lord
    The best black creature since Phyrexian Negator
